Celebrating a Milestone

Dear Friends,
 

It was five years ago that I received my Stage IV Ovarian Cancer diagnosis. The outlook seemed grim, but I remember how in my weakness God gave me strength and determination to show His love to others who were hurting. I could have never imagined all the plans He had for T. Teal. What started as a few care packs coming with me to each treatment has turned into a ministry that reaches thousands of cancer fighters every year.

It is an amazing milestone to reach giving out 10,000 care packs to cancer fighters since 2014. I am in awe at how God has multiplied our efforts in a big way, and I feel incredibly blessed by all the people He has brought into my life to support the ministry!!

I continue to be amazed at the impact a simple act of kindness makes in the lives of those receiving treatment. We continue to hear stories of how a care pack was received at just the right time, how it reminded someone that there are people who care, and how it connects individuals with feelings of love and hope. At Tenaciously Teal we believe in the call to “Love One Another” and we hope to keep showing God’s love to those we encounter. I also hope we are fortunate enough to pass out 10,000 more care packs in the years to come.
